ABOUT THE POSITION 

To further strengthen our growth, Scanreco will recruit a Product Manager to our headquarters in Stockholm. You will be part of the Product Management team consisting of four Product Managers and eight supporting roles. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for identifying and analysing needs for new products, defining, planning, and specifying new and upgraded products, as well as maintenance of existing products. Product profitability and pricing is a core part of the responsibility. You will act product owner and be the internal customer for product developments. The target is to provide products with outstanding quality, low cost and on time with the aim of bringing value to our customers and their customers.

Depending on your background and experience, the role may be possible to tailorize to suit you and the Product Management team the best. You will be reporting to the VP Product Management.

ABOUT YOU 

You have preferably a Master or potentially a Bachelor academic degree or similar. You have more than 10 years’ of relevant industry experience, of which more than 5 years in a leading position, managing products, people or projects. You have a solid technical knowledge and a good business acumen. As a person you are a pragmatic generalist, able to have a helicopter perspective in a complex environment. You possess great people skills and are able to work with people from different backgrounds in an international environment. You have excellent communications capabilities and are fluent in English, both in writing and orally.
